Why Ratings Matter

Your ratings help other buyers make informed decisions and reward sellers who provide great experiences.

When Can I Rate?

You can rate a seller after your transaction is complete:

  • Delivery orders: After successful delivery

  • Self-arranged pickup: After you've released payment

You'll see a prompt in your order details or receive an email reminder.

What You'll Rate

Seller Rating (1-5 stars)

Rate your overall experience with the seller:

  • Communication

  • Item accuracy

  • Packaging/preparation

  • Professionalism

Platform Rating (Optional)

You can also share feedback about your ShopBroker experience. This helps us improve.

Comments (Optional)

Add a short comment to explain your rating. Be specific about what went well or could improve.

Rating Tips

Be honest: Your rating helps future buyers.

Be fair: Consider factors within the seller's control.

Be specific: Comments like "Great communication, item exactly as described" are helpful.

Be constructive: If something went wrong, explain what and how it could improve.

Example Ratings

5 stars: "Item was exactly as pictured. Seller responded quickly and was very helpful."

4 stars: "Great item, works perfectly. Packaging could have been better."

3 stars: "Item works but had more wear than described. Communication was good though."

Can I Change My Rating?

Yes, you can edit your rating after submission if you need to update it. Go to your order details and look for the edit option.

Can I Delete My Rating?

You can remove your rating if you change your mind. Find the delete option in your order details.

Are Ratings Public?

Yes, seller ratings are visible to other buyers. This transparency helps build trust in the community.

Your personal information isn't shared, just your first name and rating.

What If I Had a Bad Experience?

Before leaving a low rating:

Try contacting the seller directly

Reach out to our support team

See if the issue can be resolved

Sometimes problems are just misunderstandings that can be fixed.
