Changing Your Address
Your address on ShopBroker is managed through your Stripe account. Here's how to update it.
How to Update
Go to My Shop and tap the settings icon
Tap Manage in Stripe to open your Stripe Express dashboard
Update your address in Stripe
Changes sync back to ShopBroker
For Buyers
Delivery Address
Each order uses the address you enter at checkout. You don't need to update a stored address - just enter your current address when you buy.
For Sellers
Pickup Address
Your address is where drivers come to pick up items. Keep it current in your Stripe dashboard so pickups go smoothly.
Important Notes
Update before creating new listings
Provide clear pickup instructions (buzzer codes, gates, etc.) in the delivery notes when marking items ready

Tips for Accurate Addresses
Be Complete
Include:
Street number and name
Unit/apartment number
City and postal code
Province
Double-Check Postal Code
Wrong postal codes can send drivers to wrong locations.
Moving?
If you're relocating:
Update your address in Stripe
Check any active listings
Remember delivery zones may change
Address Verification
Addresses are checked against our delivery service areas. If you enter an address outside our zones:
Delivery may not be available
Self-arranged pickup still works
You'll be notified during setup
Privacy
Your address isn't publicly visible
Buyers see it only after purchase (for pickup coordination)
Drivers see it for pickup/delivery
ShopBroker staff can access for support
Common Questions
What if my address is in a new area?
We'll check if delivery service is available. If not, you can still use self-arranged pickup.
Can I have multiple addresses?
Each account has one address tied to your Stripe account.
