Creating a listing on ShopBroker is quick and easy. You'll have a shareable link in just a few minutes.
Before You Start
Make sure you've completed your seller setup:
Created your account
Verified your identity
Connected your payment account (Stripe)

Creating Your Listing: Step by Step
Step 1: Start a New Listing
From your dashboard, tap "Create Listing" or the + button. This opens our listing wizard.
Step 2: Add Photos
Good photos sell items faster. Here's what works:
Take clear, well-lit photos
Show the item from multiple angles
Include any flaws or wear
Use a clean background if possible
You can upload up to 5 photos.
Step 3: Let AI Help (Optional)
Our Price Genius feature can analyze your photos and suggest:
A catchy title
Accurate description
Fair market price
Just tap "Use Price Genius" and let it work its magic. You can always edit the suggestions.
Step 4: Add Item Details
Fill in the basics:
Title - Clear and descriptive
Category - Helps buyers find your item
Condition — Be honest (New, Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor)
Description — Share what makes it great
When you select certain categories, additional specification fields appear (like storage size for electronics or shoe size for footwear). Filling these in helps buyers find your item.
Step 5: Set Your Price
Enter your asking price. If you used Price Genius, you'll see a recommended range based on similar items.
Remember: Your payout will be the item price minus our service fee.
Step 6: Choose Fulfillment Options
Decide how buyers can receive the item:
Delivery - We handle pickup and delivery (weight limits apply)
Self-Arranged Pickup - Buyer meets you directly
You can offer both options to give buyers flexibility.
Step 7: Review and Publish
Double-check everything looks good, then hit "Create Listing." You'll get a unique share link.
Sharing Your Listing
Once your listing is live, you'll see your share link. Send it to potential buyers via:
Text message
Social media
Email
Anywhere you connect with buyers
When someone clicks your link, they can view the item and complete their purchase right there.
What Happens Next?
When a buyer completes their purchase:
You'll get a notification
Payment is held securely
You prepare the item for pickup
After delivery/pickup, you get paid
