Where We Deliver

ShopBroker's delivery partner, Trexity, currently serves major cities across Ontario and other Canadian regions. Coverage is growing, so check if your area is included during checkout.

Current Service Areas

We deliver within these metropolitan areas:

  • Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, etc.)

  • Ottawa-Gatineau

  • Hamilton-Burlington

  • Kitchener-Waterloo

  • London

  • Calgary

  • Edmonton

  • Vancouver

If your address isn't in a service area, you can still buy on ShopBroker using self-arranged pickup.

Address Tips for Smooth Delivery

Be Specific

Include your complete address:

  • Street number and name

  • Unit or apartment number (if applicable)

  • City and postal code

  • Any special access instructions

Helpful Delivery Notes

Our drivers appreciate extra details like:

  • "Buzzer code: 1234"

  • "Leave at side door"

  • "Call when arriving - gate access needed"

  • "Building entrance on Main Street side"

What Won't Work

We can't deliver to:

  • PO boxes or postal outlets

  • Addresses outside our service areas

  • Incomplete or invalid addresses

Checking Your Address

During checkout, we'll verify your address is in our delivery zone. If it's not serviceable, you'll see a message with your options.

Outside Our Area?

No worries! You can still:

  • Choose self-arranged pickup - Meet the seller directly while keeping payment protection

  • Contact the seller - Some sellers may be flexible about meeting locations
