Every item on ShopBroker has a unique share link. The seller sends this to you, and clicking it takes you directly to the item page where you can:
View photos
Read the description
See the price
Check fulfillment options
Step 2: Choose Your Fulfillment
You'll see the available options:
Delivery - Professional drivers handle pickup and delivery. You'll see the estimated delivery fee.
Self-Arranged Pickup - Meet the seller directly. No delivery fee, but you'll coordinate the meetup.
Step 3: Enter Your Information
Fill in what's needed for your chosen fulfillment:
For Delivery:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Delivery address
Delivery date and time window
For Self-Arranged:
Email address (to receive confirmation)
Step 4: Review Your Total
Before paying, you'll see a clear breakdown:
Item price
Delivery fee (if choosing delivery)
Total
No hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
Step 5: Accept Terms
Check the box to agree to our Terms of Service. This confirms you understand how our payment protection works.
Step 6: Complete Payment
Enter your payment details:
Credit or debit card, or
PayPal (if available)
Your card is authorized, but you're not charged until the transaction completes.
Step 7: Confirmation
After checkout, you'll see:
Order confirmation page
Order number
Next steps
Confirmation email
What Happens Behind the Scenes
When you complete checkout:
Your payment is authorized (funds reserved)
The seller is notified
For delivery: A pickup is scheduled
For self-arranged: You and the seller coordinate
