Getting Ready for Courier Pickup
When a buyer chooses delivery, a verified courier comes to you. Here's how to make pickup smooth and quick.
Your Pickup Flow
How pickup works depends on the delivery type for your order:
Standard (Same-Day): You create the shipment, print the label, and tap "Ready for Pickup." A courier typically arrives within about 2 hours.
Flex (Same-Day or Next-Day): You schedule a delivery date and time window. The shipment and label are created in one step. The courier arrives during your selected window.
In both cases, you'll see a clear next step on your order's fulfillment page.
Before Pickup Day
Confirm Your Availability
Make sure the scheduled pickup time works for you:

Bubble wrap fragile items
