Getting Ready for Courier Pickup

When a buyer chooses delivery, a verified courier comes to you. Here's how to make pickup smooth and quick.

Before Pickup

Pack the Item Securely

Protect your item for transport:

  • Use original packaging if available

  • Bubble wrap fragile items

  • Secure loose parts or accessories

  • Include cables, chargers, manuals

Double-Check Everything

Before marking ready:

  • Verify the item matches your listing

  • Include all advertised accessories

  • Test electronics one more time

  • Clean and present nicely

Print and Attach Your Label

Make sure your shipping label is printed and attached to the package. You can access the label from your order's delivery and pickup page.

When the Courier Arrives

Be Ready and Available

  • Keep your phone nearby (the courier may call)

  • Have the item by the door ready to go

  • Be present at your pickup address

Meet the Courier

When the courier arrives:

  • Confirm the order with them

  • Hand over the item

  • Verify they have the right package

Quick and Easy

Couriers are on a schedule with multiple stops. Having everything ready helps everyone:

  • Item packed and sealed

  • Clearly labeled if multiple packages

Packaging Tips

Electronics

  • Original box is best

  • Wrap in bubble wrap or cloth

  • Secure cables separately

  • Include all accessories

Fragile Items

  • Double-box if possible

  • Fill empty space with padding

  • Mark "Fragile" on packaging

  • Consider extra protection
