Professional Delivery, Made Easy
We've partnered with a trusted courier network to handle delivery, so your items get from sellers to you safely and reliably.
How Delivery Works
When a seller offers delivery, a trusted courier brings your order to your door. To keep delivery affordable, we automatically pick the most budget-friendly option for your route, so you don't have to choose. You'll see the delivery fee and the estimated timing at checkout, before you pay.
Here's what that usually looks like:
Option | When it's used | Timing | Cost |
Everyday | Most orders | Picked up the next business day (9am to 3pm) and delivered that same day | Most affordable, about 40% less than the fastest option |
Next-Day | Some short, nearby routes | Picked up and delivered the following day | Cheapest on close-to-home routes |
Direct | The fastest option, not picked automatically | Picked up within about 2 hours, delivered the same day | Costs a bit more |
We put the lowest price first, and the small wait is the tradeoff. Either way, the exact fee and timing are always shown up front, so there are no surprises.
Couriers operate between 8am and 8pm daily.
> Lowest price first: most orders cost less by waiting a little. You'll always see the exact fee and timing at checkout before you pay.
Buying More Than One Item? It All Arrives Together
> One seller, one trip, one fee. When you buy several items from the same seller, they all arrive together on a single courier run, and you pay just one delivery fee for the whole order.
Found a few things you love from the same seller? Add them to your cart and check out as one order. Everything ships in a single courier trip and arrives together, and you pay just one delivery fee for the whole order, not a separate fee per item.
What Happens After You Buy
1. Seller Gets Notified
The seller receives a notification with your order details, and their dashboard guides them through the next steps.
2. Seller Creates the Shipment
The seller taps Create Shipment on their transaction page to generate the shipping label. That's the main step for the seller.
3. Courier Picks Up
For most orders, a verified courier collects from the seller automatically during the pickup window, so the seller doesn't need to do anything else. If you bought more than one item, they're all collected in the same trip.
For the rare Direct (fastest) order, the seller taps Ready for Pickup when everything's packed, and a courier is dispatched right away.
4. Delivery to You
The courier brings your order directly to your address. You'll get real-time tracking updates as they approach.
5. Confirmation
Once delivered, you'll receive confirmation and your payment is released to the seller.
What Makes It Safe?
Verified Couriers: All couriers are vetted and background-checked.
Real-Time Tracking: Know exactly where your item is throughout delivery.
Professional Handling: Items are handled carefully from pickup to delivery.
Tracked: Delivery status is visible, and support can help if something goes wrong.
Service Areas
Courier delivery is currently available in select Canadian metropolitan areas. The list grows over time, so the most accurate way to check coverage for your address is to start a checkout. We'll tell you right away whether delivery is available to you.
You can also browse the location selector in the app to see which markets are currently active.
Size Limits
Weight and size limits apply, and you'll see eligibility on the listing before you check out. Larger or heavier items work better with in-person pickup.
Delivery Fees
The delivery fee is calculated based on:
Distance between seller and buyer
Item size and weight
You'll see the exact fee at checkout before you pay. If you're buying more than one item from the same seller, you pay a single delivery fee for the whole order, not one per item.
What If I'm Not Home?
If you can't be there for delivery:
Add delivery notes for where to leave the item
Have someone else receive it
Ensure a safe drop-off location
The courier will follow your instructions or contact you if there's an issue.
No Delivery Available?
If a seller doesn't offer delivery, you'll arrange pickup directly with them after purchase. This works great for larger items or when you'd prefer to see the item in person before completing the transaction.
