How It Works
When you buy on ShopBroker, your payment is protected from start to finish. Here's the quick version:
You pay, and we hold your money safely
The seller prepares your item
You receive it (by delivery or pickup)
Only then does the seller get paid
No more wondering if you'll actually get what you paid for!
Step-by-Step: Placing Your Order
1. Open the Share Link
The seller will share a link with you (usually via text, email, or social media). Click it to see the item details, photos, and price.
2. Choose How You Want to Get It
You'll have two options:
Professional Delivery - A verified courier picks up from the seller and delivers to you. Perfect if you want convenience and safety.
Self-Arranged Pickup - Meet the seller directly to pick up your item. You're still protected because payment is held until you confirm you've received it.
3. Enter Your Details
Fill in your contact information:
Your name and email
Phone number (for delivery updates)
Delivery address (if choosing delivery)
4. Schedule Delivery (If Applicable)
Pick a delivery date that works for you. Deliveries are available throughout the day and evening.
5. Review and Pay
Check your order summary, including:
Item price
Delivery fee (if choosing delivery)
Total
Then complete payment using your credit card.
6. You're All Set!
You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you chose delivery, we'll send updates as your item makes its way to you.
What Happens Next?
For Delivery Orders: Sit back and relax. You'll receive an email and in-app message as soon as the seller schedules your delivery, plus updates when the courier picks up your item and when they're on the way. Once delivered, we'll ask you to rate your experience.
For Self-Arranged Pickup: Coordinate with the seller to meet up. When you've received and inspected the item, just tap "Pay Seller" in your order details to release the payment.
