Transaction Status Guide
As your sale progresses, you'll see different statuses. Here's what each one means.
Status Overview
Waiting for Payment
What it means: Your listing is live and waiting for a buyer to purchase.
What to do: Nothing yet. Share your listing link to attract buyers.
Payment Secured
What it means: A buyer has paid. Their money is held securely.
What to do: Prepare your item for pickup. For delivery orders, make sure it's accessible.
Driver Dispatched
What it means: A Trexity driver is on the way to pick up your item.
What to do: Have the item ready. Be available for the pickup window.
Item Picked Up
What it means: The driver has collected your item and is heading to the buyer.
What to do: Relax! The delivery is in progress.
Item Delivered
What it means: The buyer has received their item. Transaction complete!
What to do: Check your payout. Payment will be deposited to your account.
Cancelled
What it means: The order was cancelled by you, the buyer, or automatically.
What to do: If you didn't cancel, check email for details. You can relist the item.
Delivery Failed
What it means: Delivery couldn't be completed.
What to do: Contact support to understand what happened. Item may be returned or rescheduled.
Self-Arranged Order Statuses
For self-arranged pickup, the flow is simpler:
Waiting for Payment β Listing is active
Payment Secured β Buyer has paid, coordinate meetup
Item Delivered β Buyer confirmed receipt, you're paid

You'll receive notifications for status changes via:
Email
In-app alerts
Push notifications (if enabled)
What If I'm Stuck on a Status?
If a status hasn't changed when expected:
Check for any action needed from you
Review email for updates or issues
Contact support if something seems wrong
Common Questions
How long between Payment Secured and Pickup? Usually same-day or next-day for delivery orders. Depends on scheduled delivery date.
What if the buyer cancels? Status changes to Cancelled. You can relist the item immediately.
When do I get paid? After status reaches "Item Delivered," payment transfers within 2-4 business days.

You can view the full history of status changes in your transaction details. This shows exactly when each stage happened.
