Your Seller Dashboard
Your dashboard is where you manage listings, track sales, and see your earnings. Here's what you'll find.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in, you'll see:
Active listings - Items currently for sale
Pending orders - Sales waiting to be picked up or delivered
Recent sales - Completed transactions
Earnings summary - Your payout information
Listings Section
Active Listings
Items ready to sell. Each shows:
Photo thumbnail
Title and price
Share link button
Historical star count for that listing, where available. See Community Stars for the current program status.
> Heads up: The star count on each listing is real social proof from buyers. Items with several stars typically convert faster. Worth keeping in your active listings rather than archiving.
Sold Listings
Past sales. Useful for:
Checking transaction history
Viewing buyer details
Tracking your selling record
Order Statuses
Pending Pickup
Buyer's payment is secured. For delivery orders, mark the item as ready for courier pickup.
In Transit
Courier has picked up your item and is on the way to the buyer.
Awaiting Confirmation
For in-person pickup orders, waiting for the buyer to confirm they received the item.
Completed
Delivery confirmed. Payment is being processed to you.
Cancelled
Order was cancelled. Payment released back to buyer.
Transaction Details
Click any order to see:
Buyer name and contact
Item sold
Price and fees
Delivery or pickup method
Delivery address (if applicable)
Timeline of status changes
Earnings & Payouts
Your My Shop dashboard includes an Earnings card so you can see how much you've made at a glance. Click View Payments from that card to go to the full Payments page.
The Payments page has four tabs (Overview, Transactions, Payouts, and Settings) where you can track every sale, check your payout history, and manage how you get paid.
Balance
Money earned from completed sales, pending payout.
Pending
Sales complete but funds still processing.
Paid Out
Money transferred to your bank account.
View Full Payment Details
Go to Payments (click your profile picture, then Payments) to see your complete transaction history and payout schedule.
Your Tier Discount
Your dashboard includes a Tier Discount card that shows:
Your Tier Discount card on the My Shop dashboard. See Renewable Tier Discount for the full mechanics.
This month's discount: Your current service-fee discount, locked in from your latest snapshot
Next month projected: What your discount looks like if your sales pace holds
Action delta: How much more in completed sales would advance you to the next tier
Trajectory: Whether your tier is rising, holding, or easing
The discount renews each month based on your last 90 days of completed sales. For the full story, see Renewable Tier Discount.
> Tip: Check the Tier Discount card at the start of each month. That's when your snapshot refreshes and your discount for the new month locks in. The "Next month projected" view shows whether your trajectory is holding pace.
Your Profile
Access your profile settings to:
Update contact information
Set availability for pickups
View verification status
Set up referral link
To manage your payment provider (PayPal or Stripe), head to Payments from your profile picture menu in the top-right corner.
Quick Actions
Create New Listing
Start selling something new. Opens the listing form.
Share Link
Copy your listing link to send to potential buyers.
Edit Listing
Update photos, description, price, or availability.
View Order
See full details of any transaction.
Notifications
All your notifications live in the Messages section under the Notifications tab. You'll find alerts for:
New orders
Pickup reminders
Delivery updates
Payout notifications
The badge next to Messages in your menu combines both unread direct messages and unread notifications, so you can see at a glance when something needs your attention. Tap Archive All to clear notifications you've already reviewed.
Keep your email and phone number up to date so you never miss an update.
Tips for Dashboard Management
Check Daily
Stay on top of new orders and buyer messages.
Keep Listings Current
Remove sold items. Update prices if needed.
Track Your Sales
Review your completed transactions and adjust pricing or photos on active listings accordingly.
Respond Quickly
Fast responses to buyer questions lead to more sales. You can also reach out first. Use the "Message Buyer" button on any transaction page to coordinate pickup, delivery details, or answer questions proactively.
Mobile Access
Your dashboard works on any device. Manage everything from your phone while on the go.
