For Buyers: What You Pay

At checkout, you'll see:

  • Item Price - The seller's listed price

  • Delivery Fee - If you choose delivery (based on distance and size)

  • Total - What you actually pay

That's it. The service fee is handled separately between ShopBroker and the seller - you don't pay it or see it.

Self-arranged pickup? You only pay the item price. No delivery fee.

For Sellers: What You Receive

When you sell an item:

  • You receive your listing price minus the service fee

  • The exact fee amount is shown when you create your listing

  • Delivery fees (if the buyer chose delivery) don't affect your payout

Your transaction details always show the breakdown of what you'll receive.

The service fee covers:

  • Secure payment processing

  • Buyer and seller protection

  • Platform operations and improvements

  • Customer support

  • Dispute resolution

Delivery Fee Details

If the buyer chooses professional delivery:

  • Calculated based on distance and item size

  • Shown to buyer during checkout

  • Paid by the buyer

  • Goes to our delivery partner

Choosing self-arranged pickup? No delivery fee applies.

No Hidden Fees

We don't charge:

  • Monthly membership fees

  • Listing fees

  • Cancellation fees (for valid cancellations)

  • Account maintenance fees
