For Buyers: What You Pay
At checkout, you'll see:
Item Price - The seller's listed price
Delivery Fee - If you choose delivery (based on distance and size)
Total - What you actually pay
That's it. The service fee is handled separately between ShopBroker and the seller - you don't pay it or see it.
> Tip: The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No buyer-side service fee, no surprise add-ons. Delivery is the only optional extra.
In-person pickup? You only pay the item price. No delivery fee.
For Sellers: What You Receive
When you sell an item:
You receive your listing price minus the service fee
The exact fee amount is shown when you create your listing
Delivery fees (if the buyer chose delivery) don't affect your payout
Your transaction details always show the breakdown of what you'll receive.

Reducing Fees
Renewable Tier Discount: Active sellers earn a service-fee discount that adjusts each month based on completed sales over the last 90 days. The more you sell, the bigger the discount. It renews monthly, so it always reflects your recent activity. See Renewable Tier Discount for the full picture.
BrokerBucks: Credits that automatically reduce your service fees. Starting May 29, 2026, the Monthly Seller Dividend is the scheduled ongoing way to receive new BrokerBucks. Check your dashboard for your current balance. See BrokerBucks for how they apply.
ShopBroker Partners: Refer friends and see the current referral offer in the app. Under the May 29, 2026 Terms update, the referral program is scheduled to move toward fee-free selling days instead of new BrokerBucks awards.
> Heads up: Tier Discount adjusts your service fee first, then BrokerBucks reduce the remaining service fee where they apply. You don't have to choose between them.
