A complete profile helps buyers feel confident purchasing from you. We've made setup quick and easy with just a few short steps.
The Onboarding Experience
When you first sign up, we'll walk you through everything step by step:

You're Ready! - Start creating listings
You can skip steps and come back later, but finishing everything means you can start selling right away. Your address is collected by your payment provider (PayPal or Stripe) during verification, and delivery availability defaults to weekdays, so there's less for you to set up.
Profile Basics
Your Name
Use your real first name. Buyers like knowing who they're dealing with, and it builds trust.
Your Avatar
Upload a photo of yourself and ShopBroker will generate a warm, illustrated avatar from it. Buyers see the avatar (not your original photo) across listings, messages, and your shop page, so you get the personal feel of a real profile picture without putting your actual face on a public marketplace. Your Address
We need your address for:
Calculating delivery options for your listings
Courier pickup coordination
Tax purposes
Don't worry, your full address is never shown to buyers until they've purchased and delivery is confirmed.

Go to "My Shop" and tap the settings icon

Getting Verified
Completing your profile and connecting a payment provider means you can start selling right away. A complete setup builds trust with buyers and leads to more sales.
Once you've set up a payment provider during onboarding, you can manage it anytime from the Payments page. Click your profile picture and select Payments to see your earnings, transaction history, and payment provider settings all in one place.
What Buyers See
When a buyer views your listing or shop page, they can see:
Your display name or business name
Your generated avatar (if you've uploaded a source photo)
Your ratings from past sales
Your location (city/region)
Your shop greeting (if added)
