We offer flexible windows throughout the day:
Weekdays:
9 AM - 3 PM
10 AM - 4 PM
12 PM - 6 PM
2 PM - 8 PM
Weekends:
9 AM - 3 PM
11 AM - 6 PM
2 PM - 8 PM
How Far Out Can I Schedule?
You can schedule delivery up to 7 days in advance. This gives you flexibility to plan around your week.
What Affects Availability?
Some dates or times might not be available because:
The seller has limited availability
It's a holiday or service closure
The time has passed for today's windows
High demand in your area
The calendar will show you exactly what's open.
Delivery Day Details
On your delivery day:
You'll get a notification when the driver picks up your item
Another notification when they're on the way
Live tracking as they approach
Confirmation when delivered
Tips for Smooth Delivery
Be available: Make sure someone can receive the item during your chosen window.
Clear access: Ensure the driver can easily reach your door.
Add notes: Use the delivery instructions field for helpful details like:
"Ring doorbell twice"
"Leave at side door"
"Apartment buzzer code: 123"
Need to Change Your Delivery?
Things come up. If you need to reschedule:
