Delivery Options
At checkout, you'll choose from three delivery options:
Standard Delivery
Same-day delivery
Seller ships when they're ready
Great when you want your item quickly
Flex Delivery
Next business day delivery
Lower delivery fee
Pickup scheduled during seller's available window
Flex+ Delivery
Next-day delivery with a tighter window
Pickup scheduled between 10am-2pm
Great when you want guaranteed timing
All options include tracking, insurance, and verified delivery.
How It Works
1. You Choose Delivery
During checkout, select your preferred delivery option and pick your date.
2. Seller Prepares and Ships
The seller packages your item and triggers the pickup:
Standard: Seller clicks "Ready for Pickup" when ready - driver comes same-day
Flex: Seller clicks "Schedule Pickup" - driver comes next day (9am-3pm window)
Flex+: Like Flex, but with a tighter 10am-2pm pickup window
3. Driver Picks Up
A verified Trexity driver picks up the item from the seller. You'll get a notification when this happens.
4. Delivery to You
The driver brings the item directly to your address. You'll get real-time updates as they approach.
5. Confirmation
Once delivered, you'll receive confirmation. Your payment is then released to the seller.

Service Areas
Trexity serves select Canadian metropolitan areas, with coverage expanding regularly. You'll see if delivery is available to your address during checkout.
Weight Limits
If it fits in a car and isn't too heavy, it can be delivered. Larger or heavier items work better with self-arranged pickup, where you can bring a bigger vehicle if needed.
Delivery Fees
The delivery fee is calculated based on:
Distance between seller and buyer
Current demand
You'll see the exact fee during checkout before you pay.
What If I'm Not Home?
If you can't be there for delivery:
Add notes for where to leave the item
Have someone else receive it
Ensure a safe drop-off location
The driver will follow your instructions or contact you if there's an issue.
