Go to your ShopBroker profile settings
Click "Manage in Stripe"
You'll be taken to Stripe Express
Or access directly at express.stripe.com after initial setup.

Understanding Fees
Each transaction shows:
Gross amount (what buyer paid you)
ShopBroker fee (deducted)
Net amount (what you receive)
Tax Documents
If your sales reach certain amounts, Stripe provides tax documents. Check your dashboard early in the new year.
Exporting Data
Download CSV reports for:
Transactions
Payouts
Balances
Find in the "Reporting" section.
Troubleshooting
Can't Access Stripe Dashboard
Make sure you've completed onboarding
Check email for verification requests
Contact ShopBroker support if issues persist
Discrepancy with ShopBroker
ShopBroker shows your sales. Stripe shows the final amount after fees. Both should reconcile when you account for the service fee.
