How to Save a Search
Go to the Marketplace and search for what you want
Apply any filters (category, price range, condition, city)
Tap the Save Search button
Give your search a name (optional but helpful)
That's it. You'll now receive alerts when new listings match your search.
How Notifications Work
When a seller lists an item that matches your saved search:
You'll receive a notification
The alert includes the item name, price, and a quick link to view it
Tip: Act fast on popular items. Other buyers may be watching too.
Managing Your Saved Searches
Find all your saved searches in the Favourites section:
Go to My Shop
Open the Favourites tab
Your saved searches appear alongside your favourite sellers and listings
From here you can:
View results - See current matches for any saved search
Rename - Give your search a more descriptive name
Delete - Remove searches you no longer need
Toggle notifications - Turn alerts on or off without deleting the search
Tips for Effective Saved Searches
Be specific, but not too specific - A search for "iPhone" will alert you often. "iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB" might miss listings with slight title variations.
Use price ranges - Set a max price to only see deals in your budget.
Include spec filters - If you're looking for a specific storage size, shoe size, or other specification, apply those filters before saving. Your saved search will include spec filters so you only get alerted for exact matches.
Create multiple searches - Track different items or price points separately.
Name them clearly - "Gaming laptop under $800" is easier to manage than "Search 3."
Check your city filter - Make sure you're searching in your market for same-day delivery options.
