Timing Expectations
When Your Item Arrives
Most orders are scheduled. A courier collects your item from the seller the next business day, usually in a 9am to 3pm window, and brings it to you the same day they collect it. Some nearby orders are next-day instead. Either way, you'll get real-time updates as the courier heads your way.
A few orders use our premium on-demand option, where a courier picks up within about two hours and delivers the same day. This is less common.
Couriers are out between 8am and 8pm, and you'll see tracking updates as your courier gets closer.
Real-Time Updates
Once the courier picks up your item, tracking becomes more precise. You'll know when they're close.
Delays
Traffic, weather, or other factors can affect timing. If there's a significant delay, you'll be notified.
Tips for Smooth Delivery
Watch for notifications: Keep an eye on your phone when delivery is near.
Be available: Someone should be present to receive the item.
Clear access: Make sure the courier can easily reach your door.
Special instructions: Add notes if your location is tricky to find.
Need Help During Delivery?
Courier can't find you: Keep your phone handy. The courier may call for directions.
Delivery is taking longer than expected: Check tracking for updates. Reach out to our support team if there's no movement.
Wrong address: Contact support right away and we'll help sort it out.
After Delivery
Once your item arrives:
You'll receive a delivery confirmation
Take a moment to check that everything looks good
Rate your experience to help the community
Your payment is released to the seller
You can always revisit your delivery tracking history in your order details.
