Once your delivery is on the way, you can follow its progress in real-time.
How to Track
In Your Order
Go to your order details
Look for the "Track Delivery" section
See the current status and courier location
Via Email
You'll receive email updates at key moments:
When the seller schedules your delivery (Flex deliveries) -- with the delivery date and time window
When the courier picks up your item
When they're on the way to you
When delivery is complete
Via In-App Messages
For Flex deliveries, you'll also receive an automated message in your conversation with the seller when they schedule your delivery. This includes the confirmed date and time window.

Delivery scheduled -- The seller has set a delivery date and time window (Flex deliveries)
Courier assigned -- A courier has been assigned to your delivery

Delivered - Complete
Timing Expectations
Your Delivery Day
Your estimated delivery date is shown on your confirmation page. Deliveries happen between 8am and 8pm, and you'll receive real-time updates as the courier approaches.
Real-Time Updates
Once the courier picks up your item, tracking becomes more precise. You'll know when they're close.
Delays
Traffic, weather, or other factors can affect timing. If there's a significant delay, you'll be notified.
Tips for Smooth Delivery
Watch for notifications: Keep an eye on your phone when delivery is near.
Be available: Someone should be present to receive the item.
Clear access: Make sure the courier can easily reach your door.
Special instructions: Add notes if your location is tricky to find.
Need Help During Delivery?
Courier can't find you: Keep your phone handy -- the courier may call for directions.
Delivery is taking longer than expected: Check tracking for updates. Reach out to our support team if there's no movement.
Wrong address: Contact support right away and we'll help sort it out.
After Delivery
Once your item arrives:
You'll receive a delivery confirmation
Take a moment to check that everything looks good
Rate your experience to help the community
Your payment is released to the seller
You can always revisit your delivery tracking history in your order details.
