Timing Expectations
Same-Day Delivery
After the seller marks "Ready for Pickup," a courier is dispatched right away. Deliveries happen between 8am and 8pm, and you'll receive real-time updates as the courier approaches.
Real-Time Updates
Once the courier picks up your item, tracking becomes more precise. You'll know when they're close.
Delays
Traffic, weather, or other factors can affect timing. If there's a significant delay, you'll be notified.
Tips for Smooth Delivery
Watch for notifications: Keep an eye on your phone when delivery is near.
Be available: Someone should be present to receive the item.
Clear access: Make sure the courier can easily reach your door.
Special instructions: Add notes if your location is tricky to find.

Courier can't find you: Keep your phone handy. The courier may call for directions.
